Refund policy

• All abayas are custom-made (Bespoke / Custom orders) and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

• However, exchanges may be offered for items of equal or higher value if the original product is unused, unworn, and reported within 7 days of receipt (subject to approval).

• This applies to all pieces tailored to specific measurements or customized with embroidery/details.

Alterations

• Premium: Free lifetime alterations.

• Signature & Occasion: Free alterations for 6 months (customer bears shipping cost outside Kuwait).

Defective Products

• In the event of a proven manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or exchange the item free of charge.

• This is in accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014.
